The digitised and automated equipment acquired and installed during the project will also systematically contribute to the development of green industry in Lithuania and to the achievement of the company's sustainable production goals.
Project Value
The total value of the project amounts to EUR 1 189 379, of which EUR 495 376,36 from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and EUR 87 419,35 from the state budget of the Republic of Lithuania.

The project promoter UAB "Lavango Engineering LT" is a food industry equipment manufacturing company, which has been operating for more than 15 years and offers its customers a consistent and comprehensive process of development and implementation of a product meeting their needs. Lavango Engineering LT carries out both the design of the equipment as well as the entire production and installation process. The company's main goal nowadays is to help its customers improve the quality of their production processes and ensure faster and more efficient processing of raw materials. The project partner is Hoseth Technology AS, a company with extensive experience in the production of equipment for the food industry. The company was founded in 1946 and has been successfully expanding and improving its skills in the field of operations since then. Sheet laser
BySmart Fiber 4020, 6kW
The laser cutting machine allows precise cutting of parts up to 20 mm thick without error, whereas previously this was done manually, resulting in inaccurate part dimensions that had to be corrected manually. The new laser cuts 5 times faster than before.
Small bending machines
ByBend Star 80 + Mobile bending robot
The small bending machine with robot complements the large bending machine. They also scan 3D drawings. This saves the company engineering and production hours. The machines can work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and virtually eliminate human labour.
Big bending machines
Xpert Pro 200/4300 + Modular tool changer
The bending machine reads 3D drawings, saving the companys engineering and production hours. A robot in the machine automatically selects and places the necessary tools for bending. It pulls out the bending angle and, if necessary, puts it back in the machine and adjusts it by changing the settings. The machine operator performs a quality check function.
In addition, they can work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the company saves costs and time. Based on engineering data alone, the company’s costs are reduced by at least 20-30%.
